This policy explains what information Qian Heritage receives through this wholesale website, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Qian Heritage (“Qian Heritage”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this business-to-business website for wholesale buyers, institutions and design professionals. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@qianheritage.com.

1. Information we receive

Information you choose to provide

When you prepare a wholesale application, line-sheet request or product inquiry, you may provide your name, company, business email, country, website or social profile, business type, sales channel, product interests, estimated order value, quantities, timeline and message.

The forms on this website prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not submit those form fields to a Qian Heritage database. Once you send the email, the information is received and retained in our business email system.

Product inquiry selections

When you select products, their SKU references are saved in your browser’s local storage so the inquiry list remains available on that device. Qian Heritage does not receive the list until you choose to include it in an email. You can remove individual items or clear your browser’s site data.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard connection and security records, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and access time. The site also requests typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. Google’s handling of that connection is governed by its own privacy terms.

2. How and why we use information

We use business contact information to:

  • review wholesale account applications;
  • respond to line-sheet, product, availability and project inquiries;
  • prepare quotations and administer prospective or confirmed trade orders;
  • maintain business correspondence and account records;
  • protect the website, prevent misuse and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, our basis for using information may be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting a wholesale business and responding to professional inquiries.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by providers that support business email, website hosting, file storage, analytics, professional advice, shipping or order administration, including Google when analytics consent is granted. The two operating entities may share relevant records when needed for cross-border sourcing, fulfilment or account administration. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business reorganisation. Providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

4. International processing

Qian Heritage works with buyers and service providers in more than one country. Business information may therefore be processed outside the country where you are located. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful basis.

5. Retention

  • General inquiries and unsuccessful wholesale applications: up to 24 months after the last substantive contact.
  • Approved account, quotation, order, invoice and payment records: up to 7 years after the last transaction, or longer when required for an active dispute or legal obligation.
  • Google Analytics event-level data: 14 months in the Analytics property.
  • Cookie-consent choice: 180 days in your browser, after which the site asks again.
  • Browser-local inquiry selections: until you remove them or clear the site data.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work.

To make a request, email hello@qianheritage.com. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

7. Cookies, local storage and analytics

The website uses browser local storage to remember your SKU inquiry list and cookie preference. With your permission, it also uses Google Analytics 4 under Measurement ID G-24SD1EEZFN to understand aggregate website usage, including pages viewed, referral source, approximate location and device or browser category.

Google Analytics is blocked by default and loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can reject analytics without losing website functionality and can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business wholesale website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

9. Security and updates

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information, but no email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
