Wholesale policy

Shipping, claims & returns

A practical framework for trade orders. The quotation and invoice supplied for each order remain the final record of freight, timing and agreed terms.

Delivery

Planning fulfilment

Ready stock

In-stock products normally dispatch within five business days after the order and payment terms are confirmed.

Made to order

Handmade production typically requires six to ten weeks. The confirmed timeline depends on quantity, technique and artisan capacity.

Freight & duties

Shipping method, freight charge, duty treatment and delivery destination are confirmed in the quotation before the order proceeds.

After delivery

Claims and returns

Wholesale orders follow trade terms rather than consumer checkout returns.

Transit damage

Report within 5 business days

Keep and photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product, then send the order reference and affected quantity. A carrier deadline stated in the quotation may require earlier notice.

Incorrect or defective item

Report within 5 business days

Send the order reference, SKU, quantity and clear photographs before returning anything. We will confirm the appropriate replacement, credit or other remedy in writing.

Change-of-mind return

Prior approval required

Do not send wholesale goods back without written authorisation. Made-to-order or customised work is normally final sale unless damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
